At WonderKits FC, all products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We will replace or refund items if:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product is misprinted or defective
  • You receive the wrong item

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the issue

Not Eligible for Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Preference or style reasons

Please review sizing information carefully before purchasing.

Refund Process

If your claim is approved:

  • A replacement will be sent at no cost, OR
  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method
